Contract Term
Our initial contract runs for a 3-month evaluation period. After that, you can choose to either commit to a year-long partnership or switch.

Initial Onboarding Fee
A one-time fee of Rs60,000 is required to initiate our partnership.

Payment Terms
All payments are net 30 days from the date of the invoice

Post-Onboarding Earnings
After the initial onboarding, our earnings are based on a 15% commission on revenue generated, provided ROAS is greater than 2. We focus on optimizing Cost/Lead and Cost/Order to drive down your CAC.

Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all shared information confidential

Termination Clauses
Conditions for terminating the contract will be clearly outlined.
